Additionally, Women Of ACertain Age seeks to impact women’s total wellness by providing mental health resources, information, and support services through its non-profit –The Ladybug Foundation for Mental Health and Brain Disease.

She’s an ICF and ACCC certified Life Coach, Mental Health Coach, author and Founder/CEO of Women Of A Certain Age, LLC. A seasoned professional, Sharon is also a speaker, trainer, and journalist. “After experiencing chronic illness, divorce, financial hardship, and depression I sought connections with women who shared those experiences; women who know a thing or two about dreams deferred, empty-nesting, care-giving, and being isolated from family and friends and at the same time, recognize theneed to elevate and celebrate themselves and other women.”
